Licence Options

Maintain this Asset (MSI)

Ticked if the Maintenance Manager module is in use and the Asset is a Maintenance Significant Item (MSI) that requires maintenance management by the system.

Clear (or de-selected) if the Asset is not a MSI.

Track Offline Performance

Indicates whether the asset's performance is monitored and measured using the offline Performance Manager functionality.

The Performance Tracking tab is added to the asset's edit window if the check box is selected. The following items must be linked to the asset if offline performance tracking is enabled:

• Shift sets

• User lists

• Products

• Performance and quality losses

Selectable for DownTime

Indicates whether the Asset can be selected for a time loss reason in the Performance Manager module.

General

Location

The location at which the Asset can be found.
Defaults to the Location specified for the Parent Asset.

Select a Location from the lookup list.

Serial number

The Asset's serial number.

Barcode / QR Code

The Asset's barcode number.

Importance

The Asset's importance status in breakdown situations indicates the urgency of repairing the breakdown.
For example, 1 to 10, or Low, Medium, High and Very High.

Select an Importance from the lookup list.

Criticality Configuration

NOTE: This section will only be displayed if the Criticality Configuration module is enabled. Check your On Key license to determine whether you have access to this functionality.

Criticality Model

This indicates which Criticality Model applies.

Inherit Parent Criticality

This indicates whether the parent’s Criticality is included in the Criticality calculation.
