Password

The password that the User uses to log into the system.

The Password displays as “****” to ensure confidentiality.

Password conventions are specified in System Options menu option on the Security tab.

Confirm Password

The password the User uses to log into the system.

The Password displays as “****” to ensure confidentiality.

Password Last Changed

The most recent date on which the User’s Password was changed.

Failed Login Attempts

Determines how many times a user can attempt to log in before being locked out (User is Locked Out is ticked). This can happen when the user’s login details are repeatedly entered incorrectly.

The number is reset to zero when the System Administrator resets User is Locked Out.

User is Locked Out

Ticked if he/she has been locked out from On Key, and may not log in.

Only the System Administrator can remove the User Lockout.

Apply to Record Filters

Specifies which work orders the user can view in On Key Express. The following options are available:

• None — No filtering is applied
• By Staff Member — Only work orders assigned to the staff member are displayed
• By Supplier — All work orders assigned to the associated supplier are displayed

Staff Member

The Staff Member associated with the User, selected from the Staff lookup list.
The User's First Name and Last Name are populated if a Staff Member is selected.

Supplier

The supplier that the user represents.

First Name

The User's first name. For example, “Tom” or “Pam”.

The First Name is used to build the User’s Description on the Header tab.

Last Name

The User's last name. For example, “Brunette” or “Smith”.

The Last Name is used to build the User’s Description.
