Data fields

These data fields are captured or displayed on the Asset - Header tab.

Field

Description/Setting

Header

Code

A unique code that identifies the Asset.
For example “FILLINE02” or “BALLMILL” or “FLEETWS”.

Description

A short description of the Asset.
For example “Filling Line 02” or “Rotary Ball Mill No 1” or “Fleet Workshop”.

Site

The Site where the Asset is located.

A User with access rights to this Site can view and use this Asset.

Select a non-virtual Site from the lookup list.

Sequence Number

If the Sort Order parameter on the Tree Display Options window is set to “Sequence Number” then this is the sequence in which this Asset appears in a list of Assets that have the same parent and are on the same level in the tree structure.

Defaults to “0” in which case the Assets are sorted in Description sequence.

Active

Ticked if the Asset, In-Place Asset, Asset Placeholder or Filled Asset Placeholder is active and available in the Asset lookup list.

Not ticked if the Asset is inactive.

Asset Information

 

Asset Type

The Asset Type on which the Asset is based.

Select an Asset Type from the lookup list or Asset Tree lookup.

Is Linear Asset

Indicates whether the asset is a linear asset or not.

Status

 

Inheritance Type

Indicates how the Asset came into existence and its current configuration.

Possible values are “Original” or “Inherited”.

Development Status

The Asset’s development status is displayed.

Last Accepted/Rejected On

The latest date on which the Asset’s development was accepted or rejected.

Synchronisation Status

Ancestor Confirmed on

The last date and time on which development changes were accepted for the Asset Type on which the Asset is based.

Synchronised with Type Object

The most recent date and time on which the Asset was synchronised with the Asset Type on which it is based.

Ancestor Rules Changed On

The most recent date and time on which Rules were changed for the Asset Type on which the Asset is based.

Rules Last Evaluated On

The most recent date and time on which Rules specified for the Asset Type on which the Asset is based were evaluated using the Option Values specified for the Asset.

Rule Evaluation Passed

Ticked if the Rules specified for the Asset Type on which the Asset is based were successfully evaluated using the Option Values specified for the Asset, or if no Rules are specified for the Asset Type on which the Asset is based.
