Browse Assets

Purpose

View specific sub items in the Asset model for the selected Asset.

How to… Browse the selected Asset

1. Open the Asset Tree window.

2. Highlight the Asset at the required level in the Asset Tree.

3. Click Browse then the required item.

Click…	To view all … in the Asset model for the selected Asset
*Assets*	Sub Assets, In Place Assets, Asset Placeholders and Filled Asset Placeholders.
*Components*	Components, Component Placeholders and Filled Components
*Tasks*	Tasks that are linked to Assets, Sub Assets, In Place Assets, Filled Asset Placeholders, Components and Filled Components
*Follow Up Tasks*	Follow Up Tasks that are linked to Tasks
*Labour*	Labour for all Tasks
*Scenarios*	Scenarios for all Tasks
*Spares*	Spares for all Tasks and all Sub Assets, In Place Assets and Filled Asset Placeholders
*Special Resources*	Special Resources for all Tasks
*Suppressed Tasks*	Suppressed Tasks for all Tasks

Browse functionality is only available for an Asset, In Place Asset, Asset Placeholder, or Filled Asset Placeholder.
Group by Record Type Description to view different types of records in a list.
A Profile can be saved for the browse window.
