Set Asset Tree Display Options

Purpose

The settings on the Display Options frame determine:

How to… Set the Asset Tree display options

1. Click then Display Options in the toolbar on the Asset Tree window.
The Display Options frame opens.

2. Select the required options.

3. Click Apply.

Options

These options are set on the Display Options frame:

Option	Description/Setting
Show Inactive Objects	Tick to display active and inactive items (Asset Types, Components, Tasks etc) in the Asset Type Tree.
Show Deleted Confirmed objects	Tick to display items with Development Status “Deleted - Confirmed”.
Show Rule Evaluation Failed Objects	Tick to display items that contain failed objects.
Display Options	Display the item code and description in the selected format. [Code] Description Description [Code] Show Task Intervals - Tick to display task intervals Show Follow-Up Tasks - Tick to display follow-up tasks Show Suppressed Tasks - Tick to display suppressed tasks
Sort Order	Display items with the same parent at the same level in the tree structure in the selected sort order. ● Sequence Number ● Display Text
