Work Order - Header tab

Data fields

The following data fields are captured or displayed on the Work Order - Header tab.

Header

 

Code

A unique code that identifies the Work Order is assigned by the system.
For example “S00789” or “R00221”.

Description

A short description is displayed when the Work Required is entered on the Work tab.

Site

The Site where this Work Order is added is populated when the Asset is selected.

The User adding the Work Order must have access rights to the Site.

Asset

The Asset for which work is required, selected from the Lookup list or Asset Tree lookup. For example “AIRCOMP1” or “GBOX09”.

Asset's Code and Description are populated.

Status

 

Status

The User’s default Type of Work on the Work Order - Planning tab determines the Work Order's Status.

The Work Order Status specified on the Type of Work - Details tab overrides the Unscheduled Work Order Status specified on the System Options - Work tab, or the Scheduled Work Order Status on the System Options - Proposed Work Orders tab in the Shared Configuration module.

Click  in the toolbar to change the Status.

Changed By

The first and last name of the person who added the Work Order or changed its Status are displayed.

Changed On

The date on which the Work Order's Status was changed is displayed.

Unapproved Quantities

Identify Work Orders with Task Spares that have not been approved.

    Ticked if Qty Approved has not been set for some or all Work Task Spares items and Qty Approved is less than Qty Required.

    Not ticked if Qty Approved has been set for all Work Task Spares items.
