Work Order Importance - Header and Details tabs

Data fields

The following data fields are captured or displayed on the Work Order Importance - Header tab.

Field	Description/Setting
Code	A unique code that identifies the Work Order Importance. For example “CRIT” or “LOW”.
Description	A description of the Work Order Importance. For example “Critical” or “Low Work Importance”.
Site	The Site where this Work Order Importance is used. A User with access rights to this Site can view and use this Work Order Importance. Select a Site from the lookup list.
Active	Ticked if the Work Order Importance is active and available in a lookup list.

Description/Setting

Weight

The weight given to the Work Order Importance when calculations are performed.

For example “3” or “10”.

Reference Colour

The colour that identifies the Work Order Importance when doing analysis.

For example “Yellow”.

Select the required colour from the palette.
