Purpose
Build up a table of Standard Phrases that can be used to translate the Alt. Description on all edit windows for specific items into the Standard Languages that are used by and configured for the organisation.
An item’s translated Alt. Description is only used for SSRS reports and Analyser queries, and the Standard Phrases that comprise the Alt. Description are translated into the specified Standard Language when the report is generated.
1. Click Shared Configuration - Standard Phrases then 
Browse.
The Standard Phrases browse window opens.
