Add Notes to an Item

Record text such as a long Description of the item, specific operating instructions, or other relevant information about the item.

To add a note to an item, you need to do the following:

1. Click the Notes tab on the item’s edit window.

2. Enter the required information.

3. Save the record.

Please note!

• Notes can be added to any item in the system.
• A Notes tab is included on the edit window for all items that are configured in the system.
