On Key Analytics

Overview

On Key Analytics is a 3rd party Business Intelligence (BI) tool which is launched via On Key. It has pre-loaded KPI reports which the user can use to query data within On Key. The BI tool will run off a reporting database which is a replication of the On Key database. This reporting database will consolidate data from other data sources to provide one view to use for KPI reports.

The On Key Analytics has the following functionalities:

Infrastructure to enable a separate reporting database to be created
Run reports away from the operational database to improve performance
Consolidate data from other data sources to provide one view to use for KPI reports, etc
Point reports to run on multiple databases
Analytics tool launched from within On Key, making use of On Key authentication
Standard set of asset management reports and models, providing drill-down capabilities
