Add Failures

Purpose

Identify possible Failures that Asset Components can experience.

Before you begin:

• Configure Failure Types.

How to … Add a Failure

1. Open the Failures browse window.

2. Click the Insert New Record () button.

3. Complete the fields on the Header and Details tabs.

4. Click the Save Changes () button.

Notes:

• The failure will be made available in Failure lookup lists.
