Add Task Roll Up Points

How to… Add a Task Roll Up Point

1. Click Asset Care Plans - Tasks Configuration - Task Roll Up Points then .
The Task Roll Up Point edit window opens.

2. Click + in the toolbar.

3. Enter the required data in each of the applicable tabs.
Header
Notes, if required.

4. Save the record.

Data fields

These data fields are captured or displayed on the Task Roll Up Point - Header tab.

Field	Description/Setting
Code	A unique code to identify the Task Roll Up Point. For example ‘MACH’ or ‘FUNU”.
Description	A description of the Task Roll Up Point. For example ‘Machine’ or ‘Functional Unit”.
Site	The Site to which the Task Roll Up Point applies. A User with access rights to this Site can view and use this Task Roll Up Point. Select a Site from the Lookup list.
Active	Ticked if the Task Roll Up Point is active and available in a Lookup list.
