A description of the Failure. For example, 'Not Cooling' or 'Incorrect Speed' or 'Seized'. Note: Do not include an Asset Component in the Failure Description. For example, 'seized' is a typical failure, not 'bearing seized' or 'shaft seized'. |

Site |
The Site where this Failure is used by a User with access rights to the Site. Select a Site from the lookup list. |

Active |
Ticked if the Failure is active and available in a lookup list. |
