Record details about the fuel and oil that are used by the Asset.

These data fields are captured on the Meter - Fuel and Oil tab.

Asset |
The Asset to which the Meter is attached. Fuel costs are allocated to this Asset if Use Fuel is ticked. Oil costs are allocated to this Asset if Use Oil is ticked. |

Use Fuel |
Ticked if the Asset uses fuel. |

Use Oil |
Ticked if the Asset uses oil. |
|
Site Currency |
The currency in which fuel and oil transactions are processed at the Site where the Meter is physically attached to an Asset. |

Fuel |
Only displayed if Use Fuel and/or Use Oil are ticked |
|
Unit Price |
The price per unit of fuel in the Site Currency. |

Fuel Type |
The type of fuel that the Asset uses. Select a Fuel Type from the lookup list. |

Unit of Measurement |
The unit of measurement that is used to measure the Asset's fuel consumption. |
|
General Ledger |
The GL account to which Fuel transactions for the Asset are posted. |
|
Cost Centre |
The cost centre to which the Meter's fuel costs are charged. |

Cost Element |
The cost element to which the Meter's fuel cost applies. |

Oil |
Only displayed if Use Fuel and/or Use Oil are ticked |

Unit Price |
The price per unit of oil in the Site Currency. |

Unit of Measurement |
The unit of measurement that is used to measure the Asset's oil consumption. |

GL Code |
The GL account to which Oil transactions for the Asset are posted. |
