These data entry fields are captured or displayed on the Meter Reading - Fuel and Oil Costing tab if Used Fuel or Used Oil is ticked on the Meter Reading - Header tab.

Supplier |
The supplier of the Fuel or Oil. Select the Supplier from the lookup list |

Supplier Currency |
The currency in which the fuel or oil was purchased from the supplier. |

Site Currency |
The currency used by the Site at which the Meter is located. |
|
Supplier to Site Conversion Rate |
The conversion rate from the Supplier Currency into the Site Currency. |

Financial Year |
The current Financial Year. |
|
Financial Year Period |
The current Financial Year Period for the Site specified on the Header tab. |
