The following data fields are captured or displayed on the Meter Reading - Header tab.

Select the Meter from the lookup list. |

Site |
The Site at which the Meter is attached to an Asset. |

Asset |
The Asset to which the Meter is attached. |

Work Order |
Only if the system option Automatically add meter readings for meter-based tasks is ticked. The Work Order that was used to record the reading for the meter. |

Meter Active |
Ticked if the Meter is active and available in a lookup list. |
|
Reading Type |
|

Reset Reading |
Ticked if the reading was recorded when the Meter was reset. |
|
Old Meter Last Reading |
Ticked if the reading is the last meter reading for the old Meter, which has been replaced. |

Used Fuel or Oil |
(only if Uses Fuel and Uses Oil are ticked on the Meter - Fuel and Oil tab) |

Used Fuel |
Defaults to “Ticked” if Use Fuel is ticked on the Meter - Header tab. The cost of the Fuel consumption is calculated and a costing transaction is generated automatically. Not ticked if the Meter did not consume fuel during the Meter Reading period. |

Used Oil |
Defaults to “Ticked” if Use Oil is ticked on the Meter - Header tab. The cost of the Oil consumption is calculated and a costing transaction is generated automatically. Not ticked if the Meter did not consume oil during the Meter Reading period. |
