Task Importance

A value that indicates how urgent the Standard Task is so that Work Orders for Assets can be prioritised.
For example Low, Medium, High or Very High

Select an Importance from the lookup list.

Type of Work

A grouping mechanism that is used for analysis and reporting of Work Orders.
For example, 'Planned Safety Maintenance' or 'Pro-Active Work”.

Select a Type of Work from the lookup list.

Motion Type

Identifies whether the Asset must be moving or stationary when the Asset Task is executed.

Possible values are 'Stationary', 'In Motion' or 'Irrespective”.

Select a Motion Type that minimises downtime, always bearing in mind safety.

Inspection

Inspection

Ticked if the Asset or Component must be inspected and the Task is a pass/fail type test.

A Follow Up Task must be executed based on the Work Order feedback for this Task.

Not ticked if the Task is not a pass/fail type test.

Reading Required

Only if Inspection is ticked.

Ticked if a Monitoring Point Reading is required for this Task when recording WO Feedback.
