Responsibility

Section

Select the responsible Section from the lookup list.

Trade

Select the responsible Trade from the lookup list, which is filtered according to the Section.

If a Trade is not selected and a Labour record is linked to the Task then Trade defaults to the Trade that is specified for the Labour linked detail record.

Staff Member

Select the responsible Staff Member from the lookup list, which is filtered according to the Section.

Durations

Component Count

The number of Component units to which the Standard Task applies is displayed.

Defaults to the Quantity specified for the Component to which the Standard Task is added.

Refer to ARA > Components > Component - Details tab.

Duration per Unit

The time required for each Trade to complete this Task on one Component unit.

Calculated as å[Labour Duration required for each Trade] if Labour is specified for the Task.

For example, 00:30 to replace one gear.

Total Calculated Duration

Calculated as [Component Count * Duration per Unit]

Total Duration

Defaults to the [Component Count * Duration per Unit] when Calculate Durations is clicked.

This value can be changed.

Downtime per Unit

The standard downtime for this Task must be captured.

Downtime is the planned time that the Asset will not be running before and/or after work is performed.
For example, 00:15 standing time is allowed to prepare the Asset for maintenance.

If the Asset can be running while the Task is performed then Downtime is 00:00.

Total Calculated Downtime

Calculated as [Component Count * Downtime per Unit]

Total Downtime

Defaults to the [Component Count * Downtime per Unit] when Calculate Durations is clicked.

This value can be changed.
