Audit Trail of Rule Evaluations

An audit trail is maintained of the latest Rule Evaluation applied to the items in the Asset Tree. The audit trail contains a record of the latest rule evaluation that was applied to each item in an Asset model.

Audit trail records are written from the node in the Asset Tree where the synchronisation started, to the point where the rule evaluation failed. Audit trail records are only written for the nodes where Rules are evaluated. Previous records for the relevant node being evaluated are deleted and the audit trail only contain the latest rule evaluation results for the relevant node.

If an item has more than one Rule then a record is written for each Rule.

In-Place Asset Type, Linked Asset Type, Component, Linked Component, Task, Task Spare, or Task Special Resource

Item in the Asset Type Tree to which the Rule was linked.

In-Place Asset, Component, Task, Task Spare, or Task Special Resource

Item in the Asset Tree to which the Rule was applied.

The item must be new, deactivated (removed from the Asset Tree), or reactivated (restored in the Asset Tree).

In-Place Asset Type, Linked Asset Type, Component, Linked Component, Task, Task Spare, or Task Special Resource

The type of item in the Asset Type Tree.

In-Place Asset, Component, Task, Task Spare, or Task Special Resource

The corresponding item in the Asset Tree for which the Rule was evaluated.

Pass/Fail

Indicates whether the rule evaluation was successful or not.

Rule

The Rule that was applied to the item in the Asset Tree using an Option Value specified for the parent Asset.

Option values

Option values configured for the Asset that were used for rule evaluation.

Login User ID

Name of the User that is logged in to On Key.

Evaluation Timestamp

Date and time at which the Rule was evaluated.
