Purpose
Change data values for the specified Asset Task Spares records that are linked to the selected Asset Tasks.
How to… Batch update Spares for selected Asset Tasks
1. Open the Asset Tree window.
2. Highlight the Asset for which Spares must be updated on multiple Asset Tasks.
3. Click
Browse then Tasks then Spares.
The Asset Task Spares browse window opens.
4. Select the required Asset Tasks.
5. Click 
Batch Update Functionality.
The Asset Task Spares Batch Update window opens.
6. Select a Warehouse if required.
7. Capture a Quantity if required.
8. Select a Staff Member if required.
9. Click OK.
10. Save the updated records.
As a result…
The Warehouse, Quantity and/or Cost Element are changed on the selected Asset Task Spares records.
