Browse Asset Types

Purpose

View lists of items in selected Asset Type models.

How to… Browse the selected Asset Type

1. Open the Asset Type Tree window.

2. Highlight the Asset Type at the required level in the Asset Type Tree.

3. Click Browse then the required item.

Click this item…	To view all … in the Asset model for the selected Asset
*Assets*	Sub Asset Types, In Place Asset Types, Asset Type Placeholders and Filled Asset Type Placeholders.
*Components*	Components, Component Placeholders and Linked Components
*Tasks*	Tasks that are linked to Asset Types, Sub Asset Types, In Place Asset Types, Filled Asset Type Placeholders, Components and Linked Components
*Follow Up Tasks*	Follow Up Tasks that are linked to Asset Type Tasks
*Labour*	Labour for all Asset Type Tasks
*Scenarios*	Scenarios for all Asset Type Tasks
*Spares*	Spares for all Asset Type Tasks and all Sub Asset Types, In Place Asset Types and Filled Asset Type Placeholders
*Special Resources*	Special Resources for all Asset Type Tasks
*Suppressed Tasks*	Suppressed Tasks for all Asset Type Tasks

Please note!

Browse functionality is only available for an Asset Type, In Place Asset Type, Asset Type Placeholder Type, or Filled Asset Type Placeholder.
Group by Record Type Description to view different types of records in a list.
Items in the browse window for an item in the Asset Type Tree can be multi-selected and then individually synchronised.
Select one or more records, then click and Synchronise to synchronise each of the selected records.
A Profile can be saved for the browse window.
