Link Labour to a Task

Purpose

Specify the Trade, Section, Competency and Proficiency for each labour resource that is required to execute the Task.

How to… Add a Labour Requirement to a Task

1.   Click the Labour and Scenarios button in the toolbar on the edit window.
The Labour and Scenarios  for Asset Task / Asset Type Task window opens.

2.  Select the Labour tab

3.   Click + on the toolbar.

4.   Click  to select multiple Trades for this Task.

5.   Select the Section, Competency, Proficiency, Duration, Quantity and Staff Member.

6.   Save the record.

Please note!

• Linked detail records are only available after the Task is saved.
• If a Trade is not selected on the Task - Planning tab and a Labour record is added for the Task then Trade on the Task’s Planning tab defaults to the Trade that is specified for the linked Labour record.
