Task - Rule Evaluation tab

Purpose

Specify the conditions under which an Asset Type Task is not inherited as an Asset Task.

Data fields

These data fields are captured or displayed on the Asset Type Task - Rule Evaluation tab.

Field	Description/Setting
All Spare records fail all their Rules	Ticked if the Task is excluded when Rules for all Task Spares are evaluated to “False”.
All Special Resource records fail all their Rules	Ticked if the Task is excluded when Rules for all Task Special Resources are evaluated to “False”.
All Follow Up Task records fail all their Rules	Ticked if the Task is excluded when Rules for all Follow-Up Tasks are evaluated to “False”.

Please note!

The Rule Evaluation tab is only enabled if the Asset Type Task’s if “Options Used” is ticked (true) for the parent Asset Type.
