Purpose
Reduce the column width for each column in a grid list to the size of the largest data entry or the column name.
Where to find
Click >> then Auto-Size Columns in the toolbar on a browse window, lookup list or detail edit window.

Click >> to open the Additional Options submenu.
Click Auto-Size Columns.
