Use the Batch Update Task Scenarios tool to change multiple data fields for selected or all Task Scenarios that are linked to an Asset Type.
How to… Batch update selected Tasks in the Asset Type Tree
1. Open the Asset Tree window.
2. Highlight the required Asset or Component for which multiple Scenarios must be updated.
3. Click
then Scenarios.
The Asset Task Scenarios browse window opens and displays a list of Scenarios for the selected Asset model.
4. Select the Scenarios to be changed.
5. Click 
Batch Update Functionality.
The Asset Task Scenario Batch Update window opens:
6. Select or enter the new value for the data fields to be changed in each Task Scenario.
7. Click OK to apply the changes to each Task Scenario.
Note:
When the scheduling interval of tasks associated with an asset is batch updated, there is no need to then also batch update the scenario interval to match the newly configured task interval.
