Purpose
Activate or deactivate the current record and its linked detail records, and its child items and linked detail records if required, and its descendant items and linked detail records if required.
Where to find
Click >> then Change Active Status in the toolbar on an edit window
Click >> then Change Active Status in the toolbar on the Asset Type Tree or Asset Tree
Business rules
● An item’s Active Status cannot be changed if its Development Status is “DAC” or “DC”.
Please note!
The impact of setting an active item to inactive, or setting an inactive item to active, depends on the business rules associated with the item.
