Business Rules
A Consequence Category may not be deleted if it is defined for a Consequence.
Data fields:
The following data fields appear on the Consequence Category screen – Header tab.

Code |
A unique code that identifies the Consequence Category. For example “Nuclear safety”. |

Description |
A Description of the Consequence Category. For example “Nuclear safety”. |

Site |
The Site to which this Consequence Category applies. A User with access rights to this Site can view and use this Consequence Category. Select a Site from the Lookup List. |

Active |
Ticked if the Consequence Category is active and available in a Lookup list. This can be set via the Additional Options, Change Active Status button on the toolbar. |
