Contacts

A contact is a generic entity for which you need to store contact information. Contacts are any contactable entity used within On Key, including:

Individuals
Suppliers
Contractors

Viewing Contacts

The Contacts browse window enables you to view and manage existing contacts, and create new ones. To access the Contacts browse window, you need to click Main Menu - Shared Configuration - Contacts - Show Browse Window () to open the Contacts browse window.
