Create a Scheduling Event folder

How to...Create a Folder

  1. Click on Maintenance Manager - Planning and Scheduling - Scheduling Events then  Show Edit Window.

  2. This then opens up into the Scheduling Events screen.

  3. Highlight the Root Event line and click on the icon.

  4. Select Add Folder.

  1. Fill in the mandatory data fields and click on the icon to save the event.

  2. Close the screen and refresh the Scheduling Events page.

  3. The Folder will show in the Root Events list.
