Cross references enable you to identify items that are linked to the item being edited, primarily when considering configuration changes. The cross reference view can also be described as a “reverse” listing on a data item. For example, you can view a list of work orders associated with a specific site by running a Work Order cross reference from the site's edit window.
How to ... View Cross Reference Reports
To perform a cross reference, you need to do the following:
Open the required object's edit window.
Click the Additional Options (
) button on the toolbar, and then click the Cross Reference Expand (
) button to view the available cross references.
Select the required cross reference in the list to open the relevant browse window.
