Edit a Profile's details

Purpose

Change a Personal Profile’s details.

How to… Change a Profile’s details

1.   Click >> then Profiles then Profile Manager.
The Profile Details dialog opens.

2.   Click the Profile to be changed.

3.   Click Edit Profile to edit the selected Profile.
The Profile Details are displayed.

4.   Change the Profile’s Description, Site or Notes.

5.   Click OK.

Please note!

• Personal Profiles are Site specific; the Site at which the Personal Profile can be used is specified when it is added or edited.
• A User only sees Profiles for the Sites to which the User has Rights.
• Revert to the System Profile’s default settings for the grid, chart or print preview after making changes to a Profile that must not be saved.
