Purpose
Export data from a browse window to a Comma Separated Values (CSV), MS Excel or MS Word file.
Where to find
Click >> then Export in the toolbar on a browse window, lookup list or detail edit window.
How to... Export data to a CSV, MS Excel or MS Word file
1. Click >> Additional Options.
The Additional Options submenu is displayed.
2. Click to expand the Export option.
3. Click CSV - Excel or Word to select the desired export file format.
The Save As window opens.
4. Specify the location where the file must be saved.
5. Click Save.
