The Site to which the Financial Year applies. A User with access rights to this Site can view and use this Financial Year. Select a Site from the lookup list. |

Financial Year |
The Financial Year to which the Site is linked. For example “2007”. |

Active |
Ticked if the Financial Year is active and available in a lookup list. |

The date of the first day of the Site Financial Year. For example “1/1/2007”. This date must also be the start date of the first Site Financial Period. |

The date of the last day of the Site Financial Year. For example “12/31/2007”. This date must also be the last day of the last Site Financial Period. |

Site Currency |
The currency used by the Site for budgets. |

Base Currency |
The currency used by the organisation for budgets. |
