Purpose
Enter a budget value for selected Budget records.
Budget record
A Budget record is each unique combination of Site, Financial Year, Financial Period, Cost Centre and Cost Element for which a Budget Amount is set.
How to… Add a Budget Amount for a Budget
1. Click Financials - Budgets then Browse.
The Budgets browse window opens.
2. Select the required Budget record.
3. Click Set Budget Amount.
The Budget Amount window opens.
4. Enter the Budget Amount for each of the selected Budget record.
5. Click Set Amounts.
6. Click Refresh.
The Budget Amount for the selected Budget record is displayed in the Budgets browse window.
As a result.
The new Budget Amount is set for the selected Budget record.
Please note!
Multi-select Budget Records to set the same Budget Amount for each record.
