About On Key
The About On Key screen provides detailed information about your On Key Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). To Access the About On Key screen, click the Options (
) button, and then click the About On Key (
) button.

The About On Key screen includes three tabs: Default, Limits, and Auto Logon.
Default tab
The Default tab consists of two sections:
- Default — This section indicates your On Key licence expiry date, and also provides information about your MS SQL server and On Key database.
- Enabled Modules — This section shows which modules and functionality you have access to. A selected check box next to a module or functionality indicates that you have access to it. For example, the image below shows that the user has access to all modules and functionality, except SysPro and Analytics Premium.

Limits tab
The Limits tab includes the following sections:
- Limits — This section shows the number of assets, MSI assets, and sites that are supported by your On Key installation.
- Current Counts — This section shows your current number of assets, MSI assets, and sites.
- Documents — This section shows the current document storage usage. 'Used Storage' shows how much of the overall document storage has already been used. 'Remaining Storage' shows how much document storage space is left.

Auto Logon tab
This tab shows:
- Your On Key token
- On Key token expiry date and time — A token's expiration date is specified by the administrator.
- Your logon URL — This URL can be used to create a desktop shortcut or a Favourites link in your web browser . Keep in mind that this URL will expire on the date specified in the 'Expires On' field. You will need to recreate your Favourites link and desktop shortcut after the URL expires.
