Linking Shift Sets to an Asset

By linking a shift set to an asset, you indicate the asset's operating hours. You must link a shift set to an asset if you want to monitor and measure it using the Performance Manager functionality.

Notes:

• A shift set can only be linked to an asset if the Track Offline Performance check box is selected on the Details tab.
• The shift set must be configured before it can be linked to the asset.

To link a shift set to an asset, you need to do the following:

1. Open the asset's edit window.

2. Click the Performance Tracking tab.
   
   

3. Click the Shift Set Lookup () button to open the lookup window.
   
   

4. Select the required shift set in the Lookup window, and then click OK.
   
   

5. Click the Save Changes () button to save the asset with the selected shift set.
