Linking User Lists to an Asset

By linking user lists to an asset, you indicate which staff members play a role in the asset's operation. You must link users to an asset if you want to monitor and measure using the Performance Manager functionality.

The following user lists must be configured for each asset:

• Operators
• Artisans
• Supervisors
• Masters

Notes:

• User lists can only be linked to an asset if the Track Offline Performance check box is selected on the Details tab.
• User lists must be configured before they can be linked to the asset.
• All user lists are added the same way.

To link a user list to an asset, you need to do the following:

1. Open the asset's edit window.

2. Click the Performance Tracking tab.
   
   

3. Click the Lookup () button for the user list type you want to add.
   
   

4. Select the required user list in the Lookup window, and the click OK.
   
   

5. Click the Save Changes () button to save the asset with the selected user lists.
