Purpose
Change selected data fields for multiple Tasks in multiple Work Orders.
Where to find
Click in the toolbar of the Work Order Task Labour browse window.
How to… Change selected Work Orders in WO Labour Required browse window
1. Highlight the selected Work Orders in the Work Orders browse window.
2. Click then Labour.
The Work Order Task Labour browse window opens.
3. Select the Work Order Task Labour records to be updated.
4. Click .
The Work Order Task Labour Batch Update window opens.
5. Select the new value for each field to be changed for each Work Task Labour record.
6. Click OK.
Data fields
These fields can be changed from the Work Task Labour browse window:
Responsible Trade
Responsible Section
Responsible Staff Member
Required On Date
Estimated Labour Duration for each Work Task Labour record (Estimated Duration)
Estimated Labour Duration pro rata for selected Work Task Labour records (Estimated Duration)
Refer to Work Order - Work Order Tasks - Work Task Labour tab for information about the data fields.
As a result…
The value of each selected field is changed for each of the Work Task Labour records.
For example, Section is changed to “MEWS” for each of the selected Work Task Labour records.
Changes are saved for each changed record.
Please note!
Cancelled and closed Work Orders are ignored.
Data fields on multiple Work Task Labour records can be updated for multiple Work Orders.
Section, Trade and Staff Member are independent.
