Event - Header and Details tabs

Code

A unique code that identifies the Event.
For example “GENERAL ELECTION” or “EASTER WEEKEND” or “FLOOD”.

Description

A short description of the Event.
For example “General Election 2004” or “Flood 07/04”.

Site

Select a Site from the lookup list.
Select a non-virtual Site if the Event only applies to that Site, or select the appropriate virtual Site.

Active

Ticked if the Event is active and available in a lookup list.

Event Date

The date on which the Event takes place or occurs.

Adjust Work Orders

Ticked if the Required by Date for open Work Orders changes to the Event Date when the Event date changes.
