Purpose
Identify Asset Tasks for which scheduling fields have not been configured and generate one Proposed Work Order with Description “* Tasks (nn) which could NOT be scheduled due to incomplete configuration” and Status “Configuration Incomplete” for all suppressed Asset Tasks with incomplete configuration for a specific Site.
The Failed Reason message identifies the data field with incomplete configuration, for example “Last Scheduled Service Date not specified”.
How to... Fix Incomplete Configuration errors for Proposed Work Orders
1. Configure the Asset Tasks correctly.
2. Delete Proposed Work Orders.
3. Generate Proposed Work Orders with correctly configured Asset Tasks.
Please note!
Regenerate Proposed Work Orders (with the same filter, split and combination options) before creating scheduled Work Orders.
