Purpose
Link one or more Work Requests to the Work Order that was raised to address an incident or provide a service.
Where to Find
Click in the Requests browse window toolbar.
How to… Link a Work Request to a Work Order
1. Click Maintenance Manager - Work Requests then .
The Work Requests browse window opens.
2. Highlight one or more Work Requests to be linked to the Work Order.
3. Click .
The following message is displayed.
4. Click Yes.
The Work Request Work Order window opens.
5. Click and apply Query Builder Criteria for the Work Order lookup list.
6. Select the required Work Order from the lookup list.
7. Click OK to populate the Work Order on the Work Request Work Order window.
