Proposed Work Order - Header tab

Data fields

These data fields are displayed on the Proposed Work Order - Header tab.

Field	Description/Setting
Status	The development status of the Proposed Work Order can be: ‘Can generate Work Order” or ‘Incomplete Configuration’
Code	A unique code that identifies this Request and the Work Order. For example “S00789” or “R00221”.
Site	The Site where the Proposed Work Order will be used by a User with access rights to the Site.
Asset	The Asset on which work is required.
Due Date	The date on which work is due to commence.
Proposed Work	The proposed Work Required. Includes the following: Task interval Number of tasks proposed, generated, and suppressed Task descriptions
Work Order Code	Not applicable for Proposed Work Orders.
Date Generated	The date that the Proposed Work Order was generated.
Generation Message	A message appears if Status = “Incomplete Configuration” because validation errors were detected when Work Orders were created from Proposed Work Orders.
