Code and Description

Failed Reason

The reason why the Task is not included in a generated Work Order.

Suppressed By

Can be “Suppressor Task” or “Not Suppressed”.

Triggered by

The root cause of the Work Order not being created, for example, the Due Date is usually the trigger for Suppressed Tasks.

Scheduling Method

The Scheduling Method for the Asset Task.

 “Schedule from Last Scheduled Date” or “Schedule from Last Done Date”.

Scheduling Interval

The Scheduling Frequency from the Asset Task’s Interval Type.

Due Date

The date on which the Task is due to be executed.

Last Service Date

The Last Done Date from the Asset Task is displayed.

Meter

The Meter’s Code and Description are displayed, if applicable.

Due Reading

The estimated reading on the Due Date for the Meter that is attached to the Asset Component, if applicable.

Last Service Reading

The Last Reading from the Asset Task is displayed, if applicable.

Duration (minutes)

The estimated number of minutes that it will take to complete the Task defaults to the Duration per Unit for the Asset Task.

Downtime (minutes)

The estimated number of minutes that the Asset will not be running for this Task defaults to the Downtime per Unit for the Asset Task.
