A unique code that identifies and serves as a reference number for the Request is generated by the system.

Description

A description of the request.
For example 'Lighting failure in main control room' or 'Cooling tower sump overflowing”.

Site

The Site to which the Work Request applies.

A User with access rights to this Site can view and use this Work Request.

Select a Site from the Lookup list.

Active

Ticked if the Work Request is active and available in a Lookup list.

Creation

Created By

The User Name of the person who added the Work Request.

Created On

The date and time on which the Work Request was added.

Defaults to today's date and the current time.
