1. Click Material Manager - Material Configuration - Commodity then 
.
The Commodity edit window opens.
2. Click + in the toolbar.
3. Enter the required data on the applicable tabs.
Header
Details
Notes, if required.
4. Select the Attributes and Documents that are linked to the Commodity.
5. Save the record.
Data Fields
These data fields appear on the Commodity - Header tab.

A unique code that identifies the Commodity. |

A description of the Commodity. |

Site |
The Site to which the Commodity applies. A User with access rights to this Site can view and use this Commodity. Select a Site from the Lookup list. |

Active |
Ticked if the Commodity is active and available in a Lookup list. |
