For example “BELT01” or “BEAR01”.

Description

A description of the Material Master Item.
For example “V Belt 200mm” or “Bearing 20mm”.

Alternative Description

An expanded description that can be used to add more details to the Description.

This description can be translated into one of the Standard Languages via one or more Standard Phrases.

Refer to ACCF > Master Data for Shared Configuration > Standard Phrases for more information.

Site

The Site with which this Material Master Item is associated.

Default’s to the current User’s Site, which is specified on the User - Header tab.

A User with access rights to this Site can view and use this Material Master Item.

Select a Site from the Lookup list.

Active

Ticked if the Material Master Item is active and available in a Lookup list.
