Re-Order Level

The minimum number of Material Master Item units that will automatically create a Proposed Purchase Order.

The Re-Order Level must be less than or equal to the Maximum Quantity.

Maximum Quantity

The maximum number of units that must be kept in stock.

Replacement

Replace by Date

The date on which the Material Master Item must be replaced with an imported Material Master Item with a different code.

Replaced on Date

The date on which the Material Master Item was replaced with an imported Material Master Item with a different code.

Replace with

The imported Material Master Item that must replace this Material Master Item on the Replace By Date (for information only).
