Purpose
View Material Transactions that have been posted, then summarise transactions and analyse transaction scenarios.
How to… View Material Transactions
1. Click Material Manager - Stock Analysis - Material Transaction List then .
The Material Transaction List browse window opens.
Data fields
These data fields are displayed on the Material Transaction List window.
Field |
Description/Setting |
Transaction Date |
The date that the transaction was created. |
Transaction Source |
The system function that created the transaction. The Transaction Source Description appears after the Balance. Possible values are: ● Purchase Orders ● Receipts from Suppliers ● Credit Notes to Suppliers ● Stock Transfer from Warehouse ● Stock Transfer to Warehouse ● Stock Revaluation ● Stock Take |
Item Type |
The type of Item. Possible values are: ● “Stock Item” ● “Coded Non-Stock Item” ● “Contractor Item” ● “Direct Purchase Item” |
Warehouse Code |
The Warehouse to which the Stock Item is linked. |
Item |
The Code that identifies the Item. |
Quantity |
The number of units specified for this transaction. |
Item Cost |
The Item’s unit cost in the Site Currency. |
Total Cost |
The value of the transaction in the Site Currency. |
Balance (Qty on Hand) |
The number of units in the Warehouse. |
Balance Value |
The value of the Balance in Stock (Qty on Hand) in the Site Currency. |
Work Order |
The Work Order for which the transaction was created. |
Receipt Code |
The Receipt for which the transaction was created. |
Purchase Order Code |
The Purchase Order for which the transaction was created. |
Credit Note Code |
The Credit Note for which the transaction was created. |
Stock Take Code |
The Stock Take for which the transaction was created. |
Stock Revaluation code |
The Stock Revaluation for which the transaction was created. |
Stock Transfer Code |
The Stock Transfer for which the transaction was created. |
