Re-order Level

The minimum number of units in stock that will trigger a Purchase Order proposal.

Maximum Quantity

The maximum number of units that must be kept in stock.

Quantity On Hand

The number of units of the Stock Item that are available in the Warehouse is displayed.

Also referred to as Qty On Hand.

Quantity Required

The number of units of the Stock Item that have been requisitioned for Work Order Tasks is displayed.

Also referred to as Qty Required.

Quantity On Order

The number of units of the Stock Item that have been ordered from a Supplier is displayed.

Also referred to as Qty On Order.

Values

Currency Code

Currency used for the Stock Item is displayed.

Average Cost

The Stock Item's average cost price exclusive of tax.

Average Cost is recalculated when the Receipt is posted for the purchased Stock Item.

Total Value

Total value of the Quantity On Hand at the Average Cost.

Movement

Last Issued on

The date when there was an issue on this Stock Item.

Locked

Ticked if the Stock Item is locked and cannot be issued or received.

Locked on Stock Take

Ticked if the Stock Item is locked and cannot be issued or received until the specified Stock Take is complete.

The Stock Item is automatically unlocked when the Stock Take is committed.

Locked on Revaluation

Ticked if the Stock Item is locked and cannot be issued or received until the specified Stock Revaluation is complete.

The Stock Item is automatically unlocked when the Stock Revaluation is committed.

Replacement

Replace with Warehouse

The imported Warehouse that will replace the current Warehouse.

Replace with Material Master Item

The imported Material Master Item.

Disabled if Replace with Warehouse is not specified.

Replace by Date

The date on which the Stock Item will be replaced.

Replaced on Date

The date on which the Stock Item was replaced.
