Material Master

Purpose

The Material Master is a list of all Material Master Items and Coded Non-Stock Items that are used to maintain Assets.

Each Material Master Item has a unique code and detailed description.

How to… View the Material Master

1. Click Material Manager - Material Configuration - Material Master then .
The Material Master browse window opens.

Business rules

If the Material Master Item’s Commodity is changed then old Commodity’s Attributes are deleted and the new Commodity’s Attributes are inherited.

What can I do?

These non-standard tools are available in the toolbar on the browse window.

	Link the selected Material Master Items to a Warehouse.
